Professor Frank Dale Morgan, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, visited faculty of Geoscience and Environmental Engineering and made an academic report.

In the morning of April 25th, 2016, a tenured professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), vice director of the Earth Resources Institute (EAPS) of the MIT Earth Atmosphere and Planetary Sciences (ERL), Stanford University geophysical researcher, Frank Dale Morgan, visited our university and relevant labs. He gave an academic report on "geobatteries" in the X4520 Academic Report Hall. Professor Hu Xinwen, vice dean of geosciences, Professor Wu Xiyong, director of geology engineering and more than 80 other teachers and students listened to the academic report. And the Vice dean of Geoscience College Hu Junwen chaired the academic lecture.

Professor Frank Dale Morgan introduced his scientific research and teaching work in the field of student-building, including theoretical basis, analytical model, experiment and idea. The teachers and students responded enthusiastically and interacted and exchanged with Professor Frank Dale Morgan for the content of the report and in combination with his own research.
