Research Interests

My research has focused on point clouds processing including visualization, registration, classification/segmentation and modeling. Recently, I pay more efforts on the expressway and forest informatization by using novel remote sensors, e.g., mobile laser scanner, UAV scanner, RGB-D camera, and terrestrial laser scanner.

Related areas:

(1) point clouds visualization, registration and modeling;

(2) point clouds classification/segmentation and targets detection with machine learning and deep learning;

(3) LiDAR SLAM
