Research Interests

My project mainly focused on the fabrication, modification, and self-assembly of metallic nanoparticles for surface enhanced vibrational spectroscopic and localized surface Plasmon resonance applications.Specifically, my group has developedvarious SERS substrates applied to environmental monitoring. In addition, we have developed point of use water disinfection materials. Recently, I have focused on combining Machine Learning with SERS for the problem of traceability of pollutants.
