Experience

In 2002, I joined the work at Southwest Jiaotong University. In 2007, I was promoted to associate professor and was promoted to professor in 2017.From 2010 to 2011, I was a visiting scholar at Tufts University in the United States. In 2014-2015, I served as deputy director of Meishan Environmental Protection Bureau and deputy secretary of Meishan Jinxiang Chemical Industry Park Management Committee. Now, I am the associate dean of FGEE.

Research Interests

My research focuses on the preparation of materials for the detection or removal of pollutants. My team studied a 3D printing method for superhydrophobic porous membranes for oil-water separation, which can be used directly for oil-water separation. My team also researched Nano-silver based Point-of-use (POU) rapid sterilization water purification technology . Recently I have focused on solid surface fluorescence analysis, photocatalytic degradation of contaminants, visual inspection of heavy metals, which are used to pollutant detection and pollution control.
